Our client’s data center division plays a vital role in ensuring seamless, uninterrupted services through advanced systems management and a commitment to operational excellence. Currently, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to support day-to-day accounting operations. This will be a contract role, with opportunity to renew.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT - IMMEDIATE START
BANGNA, TRADING/ DISTRIBUTION

The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for supporting invoice processing and vendor query resolution. This will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage a shared mailbox for vendor inquiries, ensuring responses are provided within a 48-hour service level agreement.
• Review, investigate, and resolve debit balances and aged invoices.
• Follow up on overdue invoices, identify root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support the finance team with invoice processing and query resolution.
• Assist with general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support day-to-day team operations.
• Maintain standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Accounts Payable or Accounting Role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable progress.
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Effective communicator, able to work with stakeholders across different functions and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
