Accounts Payable Processor

Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor

* 2-3 month contract assignment

Overview:

Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Processor, where you will play a vital role in managing monthly invoices and supporting timely payments across various projects and divisions. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment with comprehensive training provided.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions
• Experience in accounts payable is helpful but not required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle 1 JDE or Concur software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Entry-level with willingness to learn
• Prior AP experience is a plus, but training will be provided

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM depending on the schedule
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
