SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing and payment reviews. This entry-level opportunity offers training and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly invoices for assigned projects and departments.
• Assist with weekly payment reviews to ensure processing deadlines are met.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and organization while following established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn accounting processes and procedures.
