Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for:

Junior Accounts Payable Associate (German Speaker)

Location: Hybrid work model in Montevideo, Uruguay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely
• Support vendor account management activities
• Resolve supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries
• Assist with vendor payments and follow-up activities
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and controls
• Collaborate with global teams in a multicultural environment

What We're Looking For

• German language skills
• English skills
• Students, recent graduates, or professionals looking to start their career
• Administrative, business, finance or related background is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
