Accounts Payable Specialist

Our firm is a full service CPA firm working primarily with high-income and high-net worth individuals and companies. We provide services in the following areas: business consulting, tax planning & preparation, accounting services, financial statement preparation, estate/succession planning and business valuation services. We are currently hiring an accounts payable specialist.

Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate and work with multiple clients
• Check and enter all invoices for multiple clients
• Answer all vendor inquires
• Prepare accounts payable checks and make on line payments
• Maintain all accounts payable files
• Assist in monthly closings

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent accounts payable experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Solid Computer skills
