Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support full-cycle AP operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and appropriate approvals.
• Prepare payments and maintain supporting documentation.
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports.
• Match invoices to purchase orders when applicable.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Create and update vendor records.
• Ensure invoices are assigned to the appropriate business entity.

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
