The company provides nationwide coverage and comprehensive support for laboratory and hospital systems and equipment, including controlled environment equipment, facility commissioning and performance services, and medical gas systems.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (AP) to support the Finance and Accounting department by managing daily Accounts Payable processes, ensuring invoices are accurately reviewed, entered, reconciled, and processed for payment.

This role also involves direct communication with vendors and suppliers as needed to resolve invoice discrepancies, clarify payment-related information, request documentation, and complete assigned Accounts Payable responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proficient in English, and capable of managing priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices for payment processing.
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and verify invoice details.
• Monitor the shared Accounts Payable queue for assigned invoices.
• Investigate invoice errors and inconsistencies, reporting findings to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers when necessary to address invoice discrepancies, obtain information, and resolve payment-related inquiries.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Monitor the shared Accounts Payable email inbox.
• Review, enter, and generate payments for vendor invoices.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements.
• Provide daily updates to the Accounts Payable Supervisor regarding processed and outstanding invoices.
• Follow established work instructions and Accounts Payable procedures consistently.
• Support monthly Accounts Payable closing activities by ensuring all transactions are properly captured.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.
• Relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers as part of Accounts Payable responsibilities.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Guadalajara.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling vendor invoices, payment processing, or account reconciliations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: $22,500 MXN
• Payment Frequency: Biweekly
• Food Vouchers: $1,000 MXN
• Private Medical Insurance: Employee only
• Christmas Bonus: 30 days

Work Location & Schedule

This is a 100% on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:36 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Full-time, office-based position

Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Sueldo: $22,000.00 al mes
