Accounts Payable Specialist – URC West, Inc. is looking for a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives on precision, organization, and working across multiple complex projects.

NOTE: The pay range is $35-$38/hour. Construction Accounting experience required. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

About the Job

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll support project accounting across multiple construction projects. You’ll be responsible for processing payables, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring financial transactions are timely, complete, and aligned with internal systems and external requirements.

· Track contract commitments and billed costs across multiple projects

· Process and record accounts payable transactions with accuracy

· Support monthly financial reporting and draw requests for vendor and subcontractor payments

· Audit subcontractor change orders and payment documentation

· Collaborate with accounting and project management teams to meet deadlines and maintain financial integrity
