Accounts Payable Specialist

1. POSITION SUMMARY

Accounts Payable Accountant role in the company has the strict task to have in order and update the information for the liability against our suppliers, allowing us to comply the deadline based on our payment plan and avoiding any problematic that might come with our suppliers and affection directly to our services provided to customers.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Review and identify all payment required from operation team and submit to approval.

2- Process in E bank all payments approved daily.

3- Register in ERP all payments and invoices paid.

4- Follow up for missing information regarding payments requested by operation team.

5- Review and set up for report of credit suppliers, and deliver for weekly approval

6- Deliver proof of payment to operation team and suppliers.

7- Conciliation in ERP between invoices and payments.

4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Accounting, Administration or International Bussines Degree.

Experience: 2 years in Accounts Payable ole.

Technical Skills: Use of at least 3 Financial ERP, Use for 2 E bank, knowledge for mexican and foreing invoice structure.

Language Requirements: Spanish and English.

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
