Accounts Payable Specialist

This position is for our Office located in Rancho Bernardo.

This is for a Full-Time (8 hours per day) Accounts Payable Specialist-II position. Work schedule is 7:15am-3:45pm PST or 7:30am-4:00pm PST.

Responsibilities of the Job:

· Perform accounting and clerical functions

· Receive, print and prepare checks for mailing

· Review and process vendor invoices accurately and timely

· Respond to client inquiries

· Work with databases, among other typical financial tools; Issue 1099's

· Payment Execution

· Reconciliations, Compliance and Reporting

· Support accounting personnel

· Other job functions as needed

Requirements:

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Must have 2+ years of dedicated accounts payable experience

· Maintain proper storage of Invoices, Checks, and other Documents by organizing, logging, scanning and filing

· Must accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

· Must be punctual, able to multitask and work independently

· Accuracy and attention to detail, well organized, and aptitude for numbers are requirements to be successful in this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
