Accounts Payable Specialist

VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!

You will play a role in assisting with Accounts payable daily functions and other clerical items.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in a health care setting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General bookkeeping experience.

Job Responsibility Overview:

• Process invoices ensuring approvals are obtained from appropriate managers.
• Maintain electronic copies of invoices.
• Review and maintain Accounts Payable email box daily.
• Process weekly vendor payments with an approved list of vendors to pay each week.
• Serve as back up to Accounts Receivable as needed.
