Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role
NAPAR Contracting & Allied Services Inc. (NCAS, INC.) is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our outsourcing team. This is a full-time position based in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring that they are properly documented.
• Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll, including deductions and adjustments.
• Collect and organize receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, and other supporting documents.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Monitor outstanding bills and ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Review submitted expenses, reimbursement requests, and cash advance liquidations for accuracy and completeness.
• Check financial records and transactions for errors, discrepancies, or missing documents.
• Prepare expense summaries, payment reports, and other financial reports as needed.
• Follow up with employees, suppliers, and other departments regarding payments and financial documents.
• Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally manage difficult conversations with foreign customers.
• BS or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
