Accounts Payable Specialist (ERP Microsoft Dynamics)

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices, matching them against purchase orders and goods receipts
• Code invoices to the correct accounts and cost centers and route them for approval
• Prepare and execute payment runs according to agreed schedules
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to supplier and internal queries regarding invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate vendor master data
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and AP ledger reconciliation
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls, VAT regulations, and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and handle a high volume of transactions.
