About the role
Accounts Payable role responsible for payment preparation, issuance and releasing of various payables in a construction setting.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible in payment preparation, issuance and releasing of various payables
- Verifying and vouchering and monitoring of in and out payments
- Meeting payment deadlines
- Proper filing of documents
- Assists and responds to suppliers' concerns and questions
- Knowledgeable in online banking
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
About you
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Keen into details
- Experience in Accounts Payable in a construction setting
