Accounts Payable Staff

Job Specification:

• Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (UBIAS, Excel, Word) to perform duties and responsibilities;
• Processes payment requests for field operations, rental & subcon and warehouse;
• Prepares accounting entries for Request for Payment (RFP);
• Prepares summary of diesel/gasoline and cement usage per payment request;
• Prepares summary of construction materials/equipment;
• Performs three (3) way matching by verifying Supplier’s invoice against Purchase Order and Receiving Report;
• Performs month-end and year-end clean-up of unprocessed RFP’s by ensuring that all project costs, expenses and payables are recorded on a timely manner.
