Accounts Payable Supervisor (Hybrid)

Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Flexible Schedule | Makati City

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoice and payment processing.
• Serve as an Accounts Payable subject matter expert and promote standardized processes.
• Manage AP issues, inquiries, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance, internal controls, and transaction approvals.
• Drive process improvements, transitions, and documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members.
• Manage recruitment, performance, goal setting, and team development.
• Coordinate team resources, timekeeping, and basic HR escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of Accounts Payable or related finance experience.
• 1–3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with financial systems; Elite 3E is a plus.
• Legal, BPO, or Shared Services experience.
• Strong experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Good project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Able to manage confidential information and work under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, resilient, and accountable for quality and risk control.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
