Accounts Payable Supervisor - WFH | Night Shift

About the role

This position is responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable Team. Position requires a high level of accuracy and proficiency in a busy atmosphere. Proven self-starter and ability to lead a team in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of invoices and other documents and assist with entering invoices (3 way match)
• Answer internal and external inquiries
• Monitor approvals through ASI and Docuware
• Monitor team to ensure on task
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Investigate and correct quantity and pricing issues
• Provide high level of communication and training to new hires
• Demonstrate high level of understanding of inventory, purchase orders, and bill of ladings
• Manage time, meet deadlines, manage team, and achieve monthly KPI goals
• Process job performance reviews

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to be proactive and manage change
• Deadline oriented
• Proficient in Excel
