Accounts Payable Vendor Debits Process Associate

About the role

This role involves vendor statement reconciliation against trial balances, investigation of invoice and credit exceptions, management of vendor disputes and paybacks, payment forecasting and bank information verification, and cross-functional coordination and escalation.

Key responsibilities

• Vendor statement vs. trial balance reconciliation
• Invoice/credit exception investigation and aging control
• Vendor disputes, paybacks and receivable clearing
• Payment forecasting, pre-list review and bank info verification
• Cross-functional coordination and escalation

About you

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high volume environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 1.5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related business course
• AP fundamentals, reconciliation, dispute resolution, SLA management, attention to detail, collaboration, and control awareness
• Immediate joiner, willing to work night shift, hybrid set-up in McKinely Taguig
