Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Job Overview
Copper Tip Energy Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in a casual position. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and possess strong analytical skills to manage accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day ticket and invoice processing, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
• Collections
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Liason with Project Managers

Experience

• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Strong mathematical skills for account analysis and calculations
• Previous experience in a similar role as an accounts receivable clerk
• Excellent customer service skills with good phone etiquette
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
• Experience with Open Invoice/Ticket, Ariba, SMART-GEP, and Fieldglass is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
