Accounts Processing Analyst

This role handles the processing  of CA-SA account opening (both Individual & Non – Individual) with proper due diligence.

Roles and Responsibilities

         Process Current Account  & Savings Account opening requests, ensuring proper verification of KYC and constitution-related documents in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

         Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) standards throughout the account-opening process.

         Handle and resolve branch queries related to referred-back applications, ensuring timely closure and minimizing processing delays

         Create Unique customer Identification Numbers (UCIN/CIF) for new-to-bank customers as per the established processes.

         Coordinate with mapped outsourced resources and branch teams to ensure timely and seamless completion of account-opening activities.

         Train and guide branch staff on FTR processing and operational procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency and compliance.

         Prepare, maintain, and submit periodic operational and MIS reports to the stakeholders concerned.

         Perform other operational responsibilities and assignments entrusted by the section In Charge/Office Head.
