Accounts Receivable Administrator

At SPG we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of proven experience in managing AR processes and thrives in collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Intermediate experience with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in a multinational environment.

Activities

• Managing journal entries versus provided account statements.
• Downloading payment details sent by customers.
• Applying received payments to the ERP system.
• Daily reports of payment applications.
• Applying credits against invoices and canceling invoices.
• Weekly and monthly reports of credits and open invoices (aging).
• Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Credit references.
• Adding new customers and making modifications in the ERP system.
• Updating the database in the ERP system.
