Perform AR follow-ups on outstanding healthcare claims
Contact insurance companies regarding unpaid, denied or underpaid claims
Analyze claim status & identify reasons of payment delays or denials, claim status, denials, appeals & aging AR
Required Candidate profile
1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR
Hands-on experience in AR Follow-up / Insurance Follow-up
Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM process
Knowledge of claims, denials, EOB/ERA and aging
