Accounts Receivable Analyst

Key Duties:

• Process and post customer payments
• Monitor AR balances and aging reports
• Perform cash application and account reconciliation
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare AR and collection reports
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Assist with month-end closing and AR reporting
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
• Experience in cash application, reconciliation, billing, and collections
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
