Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Verify customer deposits and approve sales receipts in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

2. Review and approve customer orders in accordance with company procedures.

3. issue Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) tax invoices based on approved waybills.

4. Maintain accurate sales and invoicing records while ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

5. Liaise with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve order and invoicing issues efficiently

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least of 2-3 years of proven experience in the same role

3. Strong analytical, comprehension, and communication skills with fluent in English.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with computerized business systems

5. CPA (T) and CPB holders and familiar with computerized accounting systems (Added qualifications)
