Accounts Receivable Analyst (Oracle)

General Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage billing, collections, and account reconciliation activities while ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting AR processes in a professional services or financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Perform account reconciliation and investigate billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding payment-related concerns
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
• Support cash application and allocation processes
• Prepare aging reports and assist in collection follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections
• Exposure to Oracle AR / EBS
• Background in financial services or shared services is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Must be amenable to work in Taguig

Must be amenable to work on mid shift schedule
