We are looking for an experienced 💼 Accounts Receivable and Payroll Analyst with strong analytical skills, payroll knowledge, and accounts receivable experience to join our amazing team!

✨ What You’ll Do:

💰 Accounts Receivable (AR)

🟣 Manage collections and AR follow-ups

🟣 Monitor aging reports and overdue invoices

🟣 Apply payments and perform reconciliations

🟣 Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently

📋 Payroll Operations

🔵 Process and validate payroll transactions

🔵 Review attendance, bonuses, vacations, and deductions

🔵 Ensure payroll accuracy and timely employee payments

🔵 Maintain updated employee records in payroll systems

📊 Reporting & Analysis

🟢 Generate operational and financial reports

🟢 Support database management and reconciliations

🟢 Identify discrepancies and process improvements

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payroll

✅ Intermediate Excel skills

✅ Strong analytical and organizational abilities

✅ High attention to detail and confidentiality

✅ Advanced English level (C1)
