Key Responsibilities

Customer Credit Management

• Perform Customer Credit Review and Management.
• Conduct Customer Credit Analysis and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
• Review and manage Customer Holds Analysis.
• Monitor customer accounts and credit-related issues.

Accounts Receivable Operations

• Create and send invoices/bills to customers for products or services delivered.
• Accurately post customer invoices in the ERP system.
• Record customer payments against open invoices using reference numbers or remittance advice.
• Track and update customer payments for accurate AR records.
• Process adjustments, including credit memos for discounts, billing errors, short payments, overpayments, and non-payments.
• Support collections by following up with customers for timely payments.
• Escalate overdue payments and unresolved cases when required.
• Prepare and maintain AR-related reports for management.
