Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including billing, collection, reconciliation, and credit control.
• Monitor AR aging, overdue accounts, collection performance, and DSO to ensure timely customer payments.
• Review and resolve credit notes, returns, deductions, claims, and outstanding balances.
• Manage customer reconciliation across Modern Trade, Dealers, B2B, and other sales channels.
• Prepare AR forecasts and management reports and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, customers, and regional/APAC teams to resolve AR and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the AR team and drive process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5–8+ years of AR / Credit & Collection experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.

• Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution is preferred.

• Good command of English is required, both spoken and written.

• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively in English with regional/APAC teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
