We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Associate (Billing), you will:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, recording, and collection of leasing and other receivable accounts.
• Prepare and issue invoices for rental, air conditioning, CAM/CUSA, utilities, parking, pre-/construction charges, and other applicable billings.
• Monitor customer accounts, send statements of account, and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collections.
• Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records in the accounting system.
• Review customer accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage the billing and recording of other revenue streams, including venue rentals, steel parking, miscellaneous income, and non-trade receivables.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities by preparing reconciliations and ensuring compliance with established cut-off procedures.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc accounts receivable reports, reconciliations, and collection analyses for management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate delinquent accounts for appropriate action and perform other duties that support the Finance team's objectives.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a similar finance or accounting role is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and accounts receivable management.
• Experience using ERP or computerized accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
