Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course
- Minimum of one (1) year of accounting-related work experience
- Familiar with SAP and QuickBooks systems
Key Responsibilities
- Encodes and maintains records of sales, accounts receivable, and collection transactions with proper documentation
- Reviews ARD, DR, and SI to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to posting in the General Ledger
- Generates reports on AR aging, intercompany billings, and prepares deposit slips; verifies and matches online shop remittances with system data
