Aircraft Leasing - Accounts Receivable Associate (fixed term)

We are supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in the search for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join its finance function in Shannon, Co Clare. This is a fixed 12-month opportunity for a finance professional looking to broaden their exposure within a collaborative aviation finance environment, supporting customer accounts, financial operations, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations across an international portfolio

• Support month-end financial activities, including reporting and balance sheet reconciliations

• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and improve cash collection performance

• Assist with audit activities and provide wider finance team support where required

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification or relevant finance credentials, either completed or in progress

• Demonstrable experience across accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance function

• Strong Excel skills with experience using ERP or financial management systems

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills within a collaborative environment
