Accounts Receivable Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer invoicing and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Manage invoicing activities for B2B customers and online marketplace platforms
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform customer reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process payment knock-offs and maintain accurate receivable records
• Verify invoices, delivery records, and supporting documents during reconciliation activities
• Review POD (Proof of Delivery) documents and validate remarks related to rejections, credit note cases, and other transaction-related observations
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to receivables
• Support month-end closing and receivable reporting activities

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in the e-commerce industry.
