Accounts Receivable Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Meet quality and productivity standards by ensuring timely resolution of pending claims.
• Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments.
• Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution and follow up on payments.
• Manage multiple denials and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
• Work on appeals, refiling, and denial management to minimize bad debt.
• Resolve billing issues causing delays in payment.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective interaction with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• A minimum of 1-5 year of experience in AR calling, Physician Billing from provider end and denials management is preferred, demonstrating expertise in handling complex billing scenarios.
• Thorough understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) principles and practices applicable to US Healthcare providers.
• Basic knowledge of denials and immediate actions to resolve them efficiently.
• Ability to work flexibly in night shifts and maintain high energy levels.
• Strong analytical skills are needed to address billing issues and optimize revenue cycle processes.
