• Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize denied claims and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, insurance verification, and coding departments for seamless communication.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends in denials and develop effective solutions for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
