Accounts Receivable Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to resolve complex billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/customers.
• Proficiency in denial management processes including appeal procedures.
• Basic knowledge of RCM principles and practices.
