Accounts Receivable

Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, getting stuck into the detail and finding better ways of doing things.
 
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to play a key role across the AR function, supporting accurate customer accounts, cash flow and continuous improvement. You'll be an excellent communicator and won't be afraid to pick up the phone and liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders, so a knack for numbers and a passion for people will see you succeed. 
 
What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day AR including receipt allocation, reconciliations, adjustments and account maintenance.
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing queries, disputes and account discrepancies.
• Monitor overdue accounts and work closely with the Credit Controller to support effective collections.
• Prepare regular AR reporting and provide accurate information to support decision-making.
• Act as a key AR user of the ERP system, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and better ways of working.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Administration, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong ERP experience, with Pronto experience highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• A genuine interest in process improvement and making things work better.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in distribution, logistics or another high-volume commercial environment.
• An understanding of credit risk and debtor management.
• Experience with system improvements, automation or finance projects.
