What they need
We are looking for a candidate who is service-minded, prefers to think of solutions and likes to work in an international environment. You have an eye for details, and you enjoy working in a precise and accurate manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute invoices to our members accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure specific invoice requirements from our members are fulfilled
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Regularly reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
Must have
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of MS applications (Word, PowerPoint), medium in Excel
- Required language: English (also written)
- Experience on accounts receivable or similar role
Good to have
- Prior experience with Visma Software
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Candidates who can start immediately are preferred
