Accounts Receivable

Our client is a highly regarded, nationally recognised professional services firm with a strong presence across New Zealand. They're looking for an Accounts Officer to join their Business Enablement team, sitting within Finance & Business Performance. You'll be the engine behind their accounts receivable function; keeping the numbers accurate, the processes running smoothly, and the stakeholders happy.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Reconciling AR ledgers and resolving discrepancies before they become problems
• Processing payment files, cash receipts, invoices, and staff expense claims
• Acting as the go-to point of contact for creditors, debtors, and internal teams
• Conducting regular audits to keep financial data tight and trustworthy
• Spotting inefficiencies and doing something about them
• Stepping in to support the wider accounts team when needed
