Accounts Receivable

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, with good knowledge of Invoice Processing, Cash Application, Account Reconciliation, and AI Tools. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Process and verify customer invoices accurately.
• Perform cash application and ensure payments are posted correctly.
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.
• Prepare and update AR-related reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
• Analyze AR data and identify errors or process gaps.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and support finance-related processes.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls, and timelines.

Eligibility Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance / Accounting.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience in Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge of Cash Application and Account Reconciliation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI Tools is preferred.
• Ability to work from the Jodhpur office.
