Join the Finance Team at Lindian Global Rare Earths

Lindian Global Rare Earths is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team on a full-time basis in the heart of the financial district downtown.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable operations, ensuring customer invoices are issued accurately, collections are managed effectively, and cash receipts are recorded in a timely manner.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting healthy cash flow, minimising aged debt, and contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing and cash allocation
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up outstanding balances in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Investigate and resolve customer payment queries, account discrepancies, and billing issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and AR sub-ledgers, ensuring accuracy ahead of month-end close
• Prepare and distribute customer statements and aged debtor reports
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Finance teams to resolve invoicing and payment matters
• Assess customer credit applications and maintain customer master data in line with internal controls
• Monitor credit limits and customer payment behaviour, escalating risks where required
• Prepare and review AR reporting, identifying trends, collection risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with GST, financial controls, credit policies, and audit requirements
• Support continuous improvement of AR processes, systems, and controls
• Working in multi-national currency and taxation environment.
• Assist with month-end activities including reconciliations, reporting and cash flow forecasting

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, reconciliations, and GST requirements across Singapore, Australia and other jurisdictions
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections, and aged debt
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach
• Experience using ERP/finance systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)
• Experience working in a multinational or multi-currency environment (FX)
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong reporting capability
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and process enhancements
