Accounts Receivable

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following up with customers or suppliers with outstanding payments
• Monitoring and managing accounts and billing.
• Verifying and recording transactions
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Customer orientation
• Assist in managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of outstanding payments.
• Verify, post, and reconcile payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Review accounts for discrepancies and follow up with customers to resolve issues.
• Generate and send customer invoices, maintain aging reports, and update the database regularly.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions regarding billing and payments.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of UAE experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software .
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
