International Finance Operations Analyst – Accounts Receivable

About the role

You will be part of a specialised accounts receivable and client support team responsible for communicating with business customers regarding outstanding accounts, account reconciliation, and payment follow-up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with business customers regarding outstanding accounts
• Handle account reconciliation activities
• Conduct payment follow-up activities
• Professional communication with business clients over the phone and by email

About you

• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin/Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking clients.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with business clients over the phone and by email
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous accounts receivable or collections experience is necessary
