Job Summary

Responsible for collecting outstanding payments from Government departments, PSUs, and banks, following up on pending bills, deposits, and bank guarantees, and coordinating with client officials to ensure timely payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding payments and pending invoices.
• Coordinate with Government departments, PSUs, and banks.
• Track EMD, security deposits, retention money, and bank guarantees.
• Maintain collection trackers and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and Project teams.
• Visit client offices to expedite payment processing.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• 38 years of collections or receivables experience.
• Government or banking sector experience preferred.
• Hindi-speaking proficiency and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly collection targets achieved.
• Reduction in overdue payments.
• Timely release of deposits and bank guarantees.
• Accurate and timely MIS reporting.
