Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This hands-on role is well suited to someone who enjoys accurate administrative work, working with numbers and supporting customers and colleagues. Previous accounts experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn is equally important.

Key Responsibilities

·    Process daily banking transactions and credit notes accurately and promptly.

·    Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.

·    Review account information and reports to maintain accurate records.

·    Assist with month-end activities and accounts receivable reporting.

·    Maintain accurate data entry and supporting financial documentation.

·    Respond professionally to customer account enquiries and provide general finance administration support.

About You

·    Strong organisational and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.

·    Confident numerical skills and sound proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.

·    Clear, professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

·    Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.

·    A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

·    Part-time employment, three days per week, with working days negotiable.

·    Working hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
