At SAF-HOLLAND, we're looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator I to take charge of a portfolio of customer accounts and help keep our business moving forward. This isn't a role where you'll simply process transactions all day. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, manage a high volume of activity, investigate issues, and own their accounts from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a designated group of customer accounts
• Monitoring and collecting outstanding balances
• Investigating account discrepancies and payment issues
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and customers to resolve challenges
• Processing payments, reconciliations, chargebacks, and credit reviews
• Identifying trends, improving processes, and driving results
