What You’ll Do

• Prepare, review, and submit customer invoices accurately and on time
• Record invoices and payments in QuickBooks
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on past-due accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Work with Project Managers and Operations on billing details and supporting documentation
• Support progress billing, schedules of values, retention, change orders
• Assist with customer billing portals, lien releases, and documentation for certified payroll
• Maintain Excel tracking reports and support month-end overview

What You Bring

• Approximately 1 to 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
• Experience with invoicing, payment application, collections
• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
• Strong organization and the ability to manage deadlines and resolve discrepancies independently
