We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator I who is ready to take responsibility for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and manage those accounts from start to finish .

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a busy environment, can keep multiple accounts and priorities moving, and isn’t afraid to dig into an issue to get it resolved.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of an assigned group of customer accounts
• Manage and monitor outstanding balances
• Follow up on collections and payment issues
• Investigate account discrepancies and work toward resolution
• Process payments, reconciliations, chargebacks, and credit-related activities
• Communicate with customers and partner with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service
• Keep accounts organized, accurate, and moving forward
• Manage a high volume of account activity while balancing competing priorities

Relevant experience may include accounting, finance, accounts receivable, collections, or customer account management.
