Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Accounts Receivable Specialist | Temporary Contract | Dublin | Hybrid

I’m currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing international business based in Dublin on a temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a collaborative finance team, supporting credit control, customer account management and financial reconciliations.

Location: Dublin

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

Contract: Temporary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable transactions, customer payments and account reconciliations.
• Oversee credit control activities, including overdue accounts, collections and customer queries.
• Prepare and process credit notes while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Monitor customer credit limits, conduct credit reviews and manage credit risk.
• Support month-end close, revenue reconciliations and accrual journals.
• Assist with audit preparation, reporting and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar accounting role.
• Ideally 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• An accounting qualification or relevant degree is advantageous.
