Accounts Receivable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our client located in Cincinnati, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance! The role will focus on collections both via phone and email. You will also assist with researching any billing discrepancies and help reduce delinquent accounts. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers looking to gain experience. This position will sit onsite in the New Burlington area and will start on a contract basis with the plans to convert to permanent based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage collections through high volume phone and email communication
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Research any short pays or disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive client relationships

Qualifications

• At least 1 customer service experience
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
