Accounts Receivable Credit Controller

Ensure timely collection from ECOM, QUICK COM, MT Standalone and GT customers as per agreed credit terms.

Monitor overdue outstanding and reduce ageing bucket month on month.

Maintain DSO within company target.

Conduct periodic ledger reconciliation with customers.

Resolve open items, debit notes, credit notes, claims, and short payments.

Customer Promotional Claim Verification and settlement

Ensure closure of disputed transactions within defined timelines.

Regular follow-up with customers for pending payments.

Coordinate with sales team and customers for payment commitments.

Escalate critical overdue accounts to management timely.

Weekly call with sales team to for overdue accounts.

Monitor customer credit limits and payment behaviour.

Recommend supply hold for high-risk or chronic overdue customers.

Support management in credit approval and risk assessment.

Track trade schemes, promo claims, damage claims, and rate differences.

Coordinate with internal teams for claim validation and closure.

Minimize invalid deductions and recover unreconciled amounts.

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Coordinate for PODs, damage pickup, CN issuance, and dispute resolution.

Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal stakeholders.

Prepare weekly/monthly AR reports.

Highlight high-risk accounts and major pending issues to management.

Timely reconciliation completion.

Quarterly Balance Confirmation mails to all standalone customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
